Coastal Art – Commissions & Originals

 

• Commissions: Claire will aim to deliver your commissioned piece within 2–3 weeks of ordering. Commissions cannot be returned. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your art piece, please contact Claire within 7 days of receiving your order.
   

• Originals: Originals are usually shipped within 1 week of ordering.
  (If you need your artwork sooner, please get in touch.) In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your art please contact Claire within 7 days of receiving your order.  

 

Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged using recycled materials to ensure safe delivery. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, which require a signature for added peace of mind.

If your artwork has arrived damaged, please reach out to Claire immediately with a photo and a description of the damage. Claire will endeavour to have the piece repaired within 7 days and will send it back to you promptly.

​​All Prints & Cards

 

• Claire aims to post prints and cards within 2 working days of ordering.

• Items are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a hard-backed envelope for protection.

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Post, which usually takes 3–5 days to arrive. (If you require your order sooner, please get in touch.)

• I do not accept returns on prints and cards - please contact Claire via the Contacts Page if you need to discuss your order, thank you.
